My husband Sam and I have been a couple for almost 15 years. He was my boyfriend since high school, and even before, we were picturing ourselves having our own family and living happily. Sam is an engineer and I was an attorney. At the time when Sam had his degree, he asked me to marry him and be the mother of his kids.
