If the miscarriage was complicated especially if it was associated with blood loss, fever and irregular discharges from the vagina, it is advisable to defer pregnancy until it has been ruled out as an underlying cause of the miscarriage.

Determination of ovulation can be done by keeping a chart upon which you will record your daily basal body temperature. Before getting out of bed in the morning, take your temperature and record it and over a month. You will see slight variations as well as marked elevations, more likely 3 degrees Celsius above your normal body temperature, this indicates that you are ovulating. Once you become aware of your ovulation date by taking your temperature, you can be sure that you that your cycles are back in some form of regularity.

Having that your cycles are back to normal, having sex frequently follows. Increase love making will definitely boost your chances. However, enjoy making love and try not to worry f getting pregnant or what as this can be depressing if it will be looked like as a job or a duty. Spend lovemaking as a time to bond and express your feelings as well with your partner.

Trying to conceive again after a miscarriage requires you to become both physically and mentally healthy. Quitting smoking and cutting out alcohol can also improve your odds as well as having the proper diet and maintaining a healthy weight. If you are planning to have another pregnancy, then it is best that you prepare yourself. And being healthy is the best way to do this.
